Custom photo albums

Custom albums are made to order with your photographs and choices, so they cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or defective items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within [7–10] business days after we receive the returned item.

Photography bookings

Advance and cancellation terms for photography and film shoots are set out in your individual booking agreement.
